Noisebuttons! allows you to create your own custom soundboards using a library of included sound effects, songs from your iTunes library, or sound files manually loaded onto your iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch with iTunes file sharing feature.

It supports custom sound effects in .wav format, custom backgrounds in most common image formats (including the iOS photo gallery) and sampling of long sound files.
